Bill is an affable and charismatic man who is well-liked by youth and adults alike. He has energized many Scouting programs, with the belief that the scouting program is all about the young men in the troop. Providing the training and experience so that the scouts may be self sufficient and upstanding citizens. Having lots of fun while learning the basic skills for a rewarding and successful life.

Since his placement as Scoutmaster, Bill has done an excellent job as the Scoutmaster of Troop 440. He is supported by Assistant SMs, Chris and Eric, all of whom bring their unique and useful talents to the troop. There is also a core of non-uniformed leaders who are very instrumental in ensuring the troop runs smoothly.

The Troop also is very appreciative of the support provided by American Legion Post 44, our Chartering Organization along with AZ on the Rocks for providing a location to meet every Monday from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.
